USL SUMMER CAMP
Sports Programs
Our athletic team has created a multi-faceted curriculum designed to assist your child in developing sport-specific skills while being active and having fun. The program will feature skill building in the following sports basketball, soccer, flag football , floor hockey and more. In addition, we will have an entire week focused on Olympic style sports.
Performing arts
Campers will learn singing, dancing, and acting skills while exploring a different theme each week. Each week will culminate with a short showcase performance on Friday which will incorporate props created by the students
S.T.E.M: Robotics
Cubelets are robot blocks that help teach important problem-solving skills – like collaboration, engineering, design, and computational thinking. Campers also learn the basics of coding on computers, creating and customizing their own games & learn to fly drones.
art
In our art program, campers explore their creativity while building core art skills through drawing, painting, and crafting. They also learn about fashion design, experimenting with colors, patterns, and styles to create their own unique looks.
Arcade
Our arcade and gaming area is a camper favorite, featuring classic arcade machines and Nintendo Switch consoles for interactive fun. Whether they're competing in multiplayer games or exploring solo challenges, campers enjoy a mix of excitement and friendly competition!
go karts
Our brand-new go-karts offer campers the thrill of racing while learning important safety skills. With different kart sizes for all ages, every camper gets a chance to ride, steer, and race in a safe and exciting environment.
chess
USL Summer Camp also has a strong focus on educational tabletop games such as chess, battleship, and other collaborative academics games that offer unique intellectual challenges
Pinewood Derby
It's a tradition that goes way back in the Boy Scouts organization. Where we give them a block of wood, four plastic wheels, a little bit of paint and let their IMAGINATION RUN WILD! Our team members are experts and they are here to get you out of the pits and into the race with the car of your dreams! Featuring are brand new USL PRO Track.
Broadcasting
Our broadcasting and newspaper program gives campers hands-on experience with real cameras, microphones, backdrops, and more as they create their own news segments. Campers also write, edit, and share weekly newspapers, building teamwork and communication skills while having fun reporting on camp life.
Academic Enrichment
During the camp, we designate a day or two every week for campers to take part in academic school work that will include summer reading, debate programs, Shark Tank, and homework packets which can be completed during the academic period with the support of their instructor and volunteer tutors.
